Guérir means "to heal" in French. Healing rarely happens all at once; it grows from small steps, safe relationships and being heard.
Psychosocial support is about strengthening what already helps you cope: your relationships, your routines, your sense of safety and meaning. My role is to listen without judgement, help you make sense of what you're carrying, and build practical ways forward with you.
For more than 20 years I have supported individuals, families and groups going through stress, loss and difficult life changes, with community organisations and in private practice. I also train other practitioners and run mental health programmes. My work draws on Psychological First Aid, trauma-informed care and the IASC guidelines for mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS).
